Acts Home Health offers skilled care for those residents who meet the Medicare requirements. Our goal is to assist our residents to achieve health and well-being in their home. Services can include nursing, rehabilitation (physical, occupational, and speech) services, and home health aide care. No qualifying hospital or skilled nursing stay is required.
Acts Home Health is available in all eight Pennsylvania communities and our Florida communities located in Boca Raton and Vero Beach. We are fully licensed and accredited.
